I chose this place because one of my friends recommended it to me. It’s different from other fast food places around the area. Here is more authentic than chain restaurants like Chipotle and Five Guys.

Usually when I go to an authentic restaurant I see their homeland décor, how they display the food, and the different ways you can eat their food. This opens my eyes and I can see different ways of eating that I am unaware of.
“
My dad makes the food and he cooks Southern Chinese food. For example, he uses a lot of pork, he cooks soup with lotus roots, pork bones and winter melon, and he cooks a lot of side dishes like bok choy, broccoli, and a lot of tofu.
“
